If you choose the in-store pickup option, shipping is always free!
In case of in-store pickup at our locations, you will receive a notification on the day of restocking to the respective store; you should pick up the goods within five working days. If, for serious reasons, you cannot pick up the goods within this timeframe, please contact the respective store and arrange a pickup time.

Delivery by Shipping Company to Your Home
For orders up to 2000 CZK, a shipping fee of 182 CZK is applied. For orders over 2000 CZK, shipping is free! You can also choose the Customer Participation Lifting or Purtex Employee Lifting service for each order.
Purtex Delivery - Customer Participation Lifting
- This service can be obtained from 300 CZK depending on the product.
- You can also arrange for product assembly in advance.
- Your goods will be delivered by one driver; please be aware of the possibility of needing your assistance.
- When selecting this service, cash on delivery is not possible. Find out more about payment options.
Purtex Delivery - Purtex Employee Lifting
- This service can be obtained from 600 CZK.
- After placing your order, a Purtex employee will contact you to discuss the details.
- You can also arrange for assembly in advance for this service.
- Your goods will be delivered to any floor.
Shipping Service - Delivery to Address
- The delivery price for a shipment (up to 2000 CZK) is 182 CZK.
- The delivery price for a shipment (over 2000 CZK) is completely free!
- If you choose to pay upon receipt (cash on delivery), you will not pay anything extra. You can verify with the carrier whether payment by card is possible for cash on delivery.
- When paying by bank transfer, matching your payment with the order may take up to two working days, which could delay the delivery date. We recommend opting for another payment method. For example, online card payment or cash on delivery. Find out more about payment options.
- Your goods will be delivered by one driver; please anticipate the possibility of needing your assistance.
- If the Customer Participation Lifting or Purtex Employee Lifting has not been purchased, delivery will occur only at the first lockable door.
How the Package is Packed
The goods are sent to the customer in an undamaged package customized to the nature of the goods to prevent damage. A delivery note serving as a warranty card and tax document is included in the shipment. Some mattresses may be delivered in a compressed state; in such cases, we emphasize the need to read the instructions and follow the procedure.
Upon receipt of the goods, please check the condition of the shipment. In case of damage, it is necessary to fill in a complaint protocol with the driver. We cannot consider later complaints for damage during transport.
