All prices in our online store are listed including VAT.

Ordering

The customer must provide a complete valid address, other contact details (email, phone) and choose a delivery method when placing an order. By confirming the order, the customer agrees to accept the selected goods and to pay the corresponding amount. For orders of custom goods, payment in advance is required. The seller rejects any additions or deviations mentioned in the acceptance of the offer, i.e., especially any additions or deviations from the offer published by the seller in the online catalog included in the order sent by the buyer.

Privacy Protection

The operator of the site is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with the regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, (hereinafter "GDPR") 1. The data subject - buyer / visitor of the website, operator - operator of the online store 2. The data subject is obliged to provide truthful and up-to-date personal data. The rights of the data subject are governed by Chapter 3 of GDPR. This includes the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the rights to object to processing, the right to request access to personal data concerning the data subject, the right to rectify or delete or restrict the processing of personal data, as well as the right to data portability.

Processing of Personal Data for the Purpose of Order Fulfillment

1. Purposes of personal data processing: issuing tax documents, contacting the customer regarding the order, fulfilling the contract. 2. Legal basis for personal data processing: a) The processing of personal data (name, surname, title, street and number, postal code, city) is necessary according to a special regulation or international agreement binding the Czech Republic. Primarily according to the law on value-added tax. b) The processing of personal data (email, telephone contact) is necessary for the performance of the contract. 3. Automated individual decision-making including profiling (Article 22 GDPR, section 7.9 in the organizational directive) The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them.

Payment

Payment usually takes place upon receipt of the goods in the form of cash on delivery, or during personal collection at the company's store. For orders of goods sized differently than 200 x 90 and 200 x 80, the customer is sent an email with information necessary for making a deposit payment (account number, amount, variable symbol). Goods can only be put into production after the deposit has been credited to our account. If the goods are not picked up within 30 days of the call for collection, this deposit will be used for disposal or resale of the goods. The account number for payment by transfer is 275191571/0300 (ČSOB).

For bed orders on cash on delivery, we require a deposit of 50% of the order.

According to the law on the registration of sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, they are obliged to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; in the case of a technical failure, then no later than within 48 hours.

Order Processing

In a standard order processing scenario, communication between the seller and the buyer occurs via emails. The seller sends these emails:
order summary - at the moment of the order submission
payment information - if the order includes custom goods information about the shipment - after handing over the package to the carrier The buyer does not need to send any emails to the seller during standard order processing.

Delivery

For orders up to 2000 CZK, a shipping fee of 182 CZK will be charged.
For orders over 2000 CZK, shipping is completely free!

Delivery to your apartment and assembly can be arranged.

In-store Pickup

If you choose in-store pickup at our locations, you will receive a notification for pickup on the day of stocking at the designated store, after which the goods must be picked up within five working days. If you are unable to pick up the goods during this period for a serious reason, please contact the store to arrange a pickup time.

Shipping Time

Mattresses, anatomical pillows, pet beds:
In most cases, goods are dispatched within 10 working days of the order. For custom-sized mattresses, production will only commence after the full payment is made, thus extending the shipping time by a few days.

Slatted bases:
The delivery time for slatted bases is 14 - 21 working days depending on the selected size. Some models are kept in stock, for specific availability inquiries please contact Petra Dragounová: email: dragounova@purtex.cz, tel: 727 913 718.

Beds:
The usual delivery time for solid wood beds is 10 - 12 working days.

The usual delivery time for upholstered beds is 14 - 21 working days.

In the case of ordering custom goods, the delivery time may be extended. If the dispatch of the order is delayed beyond the aforementioned times by more than 2 weeks, the customer will be contacted and offered further options (cancellation and refund, order modification, extension of the shipping time). For custom goods, the shipping time starts when the payment is credited to our account. The seller commits to dispatch the goods as quickly as possible.

Shipping Method

The goods are dispatched to the customer in undamaged packaging, which is tailored to the nature of the goods and prevents damage. A delivery note, which serves as both a warranty document and a tax document, is included in the shipment. Some mattresses may be delivered in a compressed state; in that case, we emphasize the necessity of reading the instructions and following the procedure.

Receipt of Goods

The state of the shipment and the integrity of the packaging must be checked upon receipt from the courier service. If damaged, a damage report (record of damage) must be drawn up with the driver; late claims cannot be considered due to shipping conditions. In the case of receiving a visibly damaged package, the customer must file any claims with the carrier.

Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement by the Customer

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. If the buyer decides to do so, the undamaged goods, free of signs of use or wear (for hygiene reasons), must be securely packed (preferably in the original packaging) and sent back to the address Purtex Klecany (returning goods to the store is only possible by agreement) within the specified period (the date of dispatch is determining). In case of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer will bear the costs associated with returning the goods. The buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods that occurred as a result of handling them differently than necessary, given their nature and properties. Upon receiving the returned goods, the seller will refund the corresponding amount to the customer in an agreed manner within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The buyer cannot withdraw from the contract

a) for the supply of goods that have been modified according to the buyer's wishes or for their person,
b) for repair or maintenance performed at the place designated by the buyer at their request; this does not apply in the case of subsequent execution of other than requested repairs or delivery of other than requested spare parts,
c) for the supply of goods in closed packaging, which the buyer has removed from the packaging and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement by the Seller, Right to Change Price

The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or its part in the following cases:
a. the goods are no longer manufactured or supplied
b. the supplier's price for the goods has changed significantly In these cases, the buyer will be contacted immediately and further proceedings will be agreed upon. If the buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to their account or address as soon as possible.

The seller reserves the right to change prices. If the price is higher than the price stated in the order, the seller will inform the buyer of this fact without delay within 2 days, and the buyer can accept the new price or refuse the delivery. The seller is not obliged to deliver the goods at the stated price due to the right to change prices. In the case of a phone order or modification of an order, the current price for that order is always communicated to the buyer.

Color of PUR Foams

Due to several suppliers of PUR foams, individual types of foam have different colors. These are parametric foams - PURTEX s.r.o. guarantees the type of materials and their technical properties for each of the offered products, without guaranteeing the color of the foams.

Warranty and Complaints

The warranty for goods purchased from the online store matrace.purtex.cz is governed by applicable laws, the complaints procedure can be found here. The standard warranty period is 24 months, and the warranty covers all defects that limit the proper use of the goods. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use.
