Payment methods at the Purtex mattress e-shop

Payment

Payment usually occurs upon receipt of the goods via cash on delivery, or at personal pickup at the company showroom. When ordering goods with dimensions other than 200 x 90 and 200 x 80, the customer will receive an email with the necessary information for making a deposit payment (account number, amount, variable symbol). The goods can only be put into production after the deposit has been credited to our account. If the goods are not collected within 30 days of the collection request, this deposit will be used for disposal or further resale of the goods. The account number for payment by bank transfer is 275191571/0300 (ČSOB).

For orders of beds with cash on delivery, we require a deposit of 50% of the order.

According to the law on the registration of sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, the seller is required to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; in case of a technical outage, no later than within 48 hours.

Pay by bank transfer

Transfer the amount indicated on the invoice to our bank account. We will send you an order confirmation by email along with the banking details and order number. The goods will be reserved for you for a period of 0 days, and immediately after the payment is received, we will proceed with processing your order.

Pay cash on delivery

You will pay upon receipt of the shipment. The cash on delivery fee is free of charge.
Payment on delivery can only be utilized when selecting the shipping option Delivery by courier to address.
