Dear customers,

some manufacturers and sellers claim that they offer "HEALTH" mattresses!!! It is important to know that "HEALTH" mattresses do not exist; this is merely a misleading marketing ploy. The Ministry of Health only allows the term MEDICAL DEVICE, which can only be used by those who have CLINICAL EVALUATION. If someone uses the mentioned terms, ask to see the supporting documents.

Do not believe that a 100% "NATURAL" mattress can be manufactured, as its composition would have to be made of 100% natural cotton, wool, etc. The processing of these materials involves chemical treatment.

Please note that 100% natural latex contains, according to medical research, more than 150 proteins, of which 35 may act as allergens. A major problem with latex is its breathability, as it has closed pores.

We exclusively use polyurethane foams from the Eurofoam association in Germany and the American manufacturer Carpenter, from their plants in Germany and Belgium. The materials have Oeko-Tex® tests and can be used even in infancy; they do not contain phthalates.

A very important factor when selecting is the climate of the mattresses, breathability, and permeability. Purtex is the only one in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to offer perforation of mattresses which is currently the only technology that guarantees high breathability of mattresses.

For foams with closed pores, we perform perforation, which is necessary to ensure breathability.
