Job Description

• Management of production in the assigned section
• Leading a team of subordinate workers (operators, setters, handlers)
• Planning and organizing production
• Accountability for achieving the production plan
• Responsibility for the quality of produced goods
• Monitoring compliance with work and technology discipline
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at the workplace

Requirements

• Secondary education
• Several years of experience in team leadership in production - an advantage
• Knowledge of computer skills
• Communication and organizational skills
• Clean criminal record
• Independence, diligence, and reliability
